There are many ways in which one can get involved. As we have said time and again, Mumbai Unplug is an open forum. There are no bosses here and no employees. Everyone is invited to join freely and contribute in whatever way they can small or big. So when you seek to get involved, remember - you are already on the team.
We all have neighbours, friends, relatives, that one famous aunt and uncle. Start spreading the word. Whatever is needed from our end we will try and arrange for. Organise movie screenings in your area of movies that increase awareness about global warming. Start an area club where you can look at means and measures to go green. Help form a community hour group in your area which you can use as a platform to educate people about global warming and help them change. This group can also try and make the 1 hour a regular feature so that in the long run we do end up saving obscene amount of energy as well as reduce pollution that goes in the atmosphere.
